Cancellation Policy

If a patient no shows to their appointment, or cancels within 48 hours of their appointment a $100 cancellation fee is charged, and must be paid prior to your next booking (this includes consultations & follow up appointments).
 
Please note, rescheduling your appointment is classified as a cancellation as you are cancelling your original appointment and re-booking another.

Appointment Policy

If a patient arrives more than 10 minutes late to their booked appointment we will be unable to treat (if we are fully booked).
However we will do our best to assist in finding an alternative appointment.
 
Anti-wrinkle follow up appointments are bookable for patients who have received their previous treatment at Angel Aesthetics and must be booked in 2 weeks post their appointment for complimentary corrections.
 

Dermal filler follow up appointments are bookable for patients who have received their previous treatment at Angel Aesthetics must be booked at 4 weeks post their appointment for complimentary corrections.

Consultations are paid, with the cost not applicable against a service later booked. You do not need to book in both a consultation and treatment as consultations are always included as part of your booking.

 
Package treatments and pricing are only valid for the exact treatments offered in that package and in the one sitting. If you aren’t a candidate for your selected treatment, you will be offered alternative treatment options that best fit the original treatment time, your budget and goals.

Right To Refuse Policy

We are a highly trained team of medical professionals. Cosmetic Injectables are ELECTIVE medical procedures.
 
We reserve the right by law to refuse treatment for any patient, at any time, for any reason.
 
This includes but is not limited to:
• If the treatment may be harmful to the patients health
• If the treatment may be harmful to the patients appearance
• If the patient is pregnant or breastfeeding and this is a contraindication for treatment
• If the patient has had Covid-19, any vaccinations or major dental work in the past 4 weeks
• If the patient is travelling interstate within 72 hours, or overseas within 2 weeks
• If we believe the patient will not obtain their desired results
• If we feel uncomfortable, forced or threatened
• If the patient is verbally aggressive/abusive and/or physically aggressive/abusive to any of our staff members, whether on the phone, via text, via email or in clinic

You are required to ensure that all persons who access the Website are aware of this Agreement and comply with it. It is a condition of your use of the Website that all the information you provide on the Website is correct, current, and complete.
