Faq's

Please note when booking a Exosomes Skin or Scalp appointment:

  • You have not had or are planning to have any vaccinations within two weeks before or after your appointment.
  • You have not had or are planning to have dental treatments (extractions, fillings, or major dental work) within four weeks before or after your appointment.
  • Ensure there is no active acne, wounds, broken skin, or cold sores in the treatment area on the day of your appointment.
  • Avoid antibiotics or fish oil within two weeks prior. No alcohol, aspirin, or blood-thinning medications for 48 hours before and after treatment.
  • If travelling, please ensure you will not leave the state within 72 hours post-treatment or travel internationally within two weeks.

Exosomes are regenerative agents derived from stem cells that work to repair and rejuvenate skin and scalp tissue. Combined with skin needling, they boost collagen production, improve skin elasticity, reduce fine lines, pigmentation, acne scars, and promote hair regrowth on the scalp.

You may be a good candidate for Exosomes if:

  • You are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You do not have excessive acne, sunburn, wounds, or cold sores in the treatment area.
  • You haven’t received vaccinations or major dental work within two weeks before or after your treatment.
  • You are not taking antibiotics, steroidal medications, or blood-thinning agents.
  • You have no history of autoimmune or neuromuscular disorders without prior consent from your GP.

  • Initial Results: Improvements in skin texture or scalp health are often noticeable within 2 to 4 weeks after treatment.
  • Optimal Results: Typically, a series of 3 to 4 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart yields the best results.
  • Maintenance: Results generally last 6 to 12 months, with maintenance sessions recommended every 6-12 months to sustain improvements.
  • Redness, swelling, and mild irritation may occur but usually subside within 24-48 hours.
  • Avoid direct sun exposure, heavy exercise, and harsh skincare products for a few days post-treatment.
  • Bruising or small bumps at the treatment site may occur but should resolve within a few days.

Due to new Government guidelines. If you are a new patient, haven’t visited us within the past year or it has been a year since your original script a $25 doctors scripting fee will apply

For all dermal filler & dissolving treatments with Principal Nurse Sylvia an additional $50 is added to the treatment price.

Cosmetic clinics are prohibited due to Australian Regulations to state how many ‘mls’ or ‘units’ are associated with packages or individual pricing. Dermal fillers are a prescription-only schedule 4 medicine with treatment only available from a qualified medical professional.
